Effective on Sunday, April 9, 2006
1Each water user may be classified according to one or more of the following uses of water, as defined in Part I of this rule:
26(1) Indoor Uses.
29(2) Essential Uses, including a subclassification for Water Utility Use.
39(3) Commercial and Industrial Uses.
44(4) Agricultural Uses.
47(5) Landscape Uses is further classified as set forth below. Within each of the Landscape Use subclassifications there is a further subclassification of Existing or New Plant Material:
75(a) Lawn and Landscaping.
79(b) Cemeteries.
81(c) Golf Courses.
84(d) Driving Ranges.
87(e) Other Athletic Play Areas.
