40D-9.220. Destruction, Removal, or Alteration of District-Owned Facilities or Equipment

1The destruction, removal or alteration of any District-owned facilities, vehicles or other equipment is prohibited on District Lands. District-owned facilities and equipment include but are not limited to water control structures, scientific study plots, photo points, transect lines, survey markers, public buildings, towers, recorders, gauges, signs, gates, fences, monuments, 50monitoring wells, and associated equipment55.
