40E-2.341. Revocation of Permits

Effective on Tuesday, October 23, 2012

1Violations of this chapter may result in the revocation or suspension of the authorization in whole or in part in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 373, F.S., including Sections 31373.119 32and 33373.243, 34Chapter 120, F.S. and Rules 3940E-1.609 40and 4128-106.2015, 42F.A.C.
