40E-2.501. Permit Classification

Effective on Tuesday, October 23, 2012

1Each water use permit shall be classified according to source, use and method of withdrawal. The source use and method of withdrawal classes are listed in Rules 2840E-21.631 29through 3040E-21.691, 31F.A.C.
