1This part establishes minimum water levels for Lake Istokpoga and the canals within the Indian Prairie Basin, minimum flows for the canals within the Indian Prairie Basin and Arbuckle Creek and Josephine Creek and a permit classification system and water shortage plan for the Lake Istokpoga-Indian Prairie Area. The rules in this part apply to water withdrawals from Lake Istokpoga and the Indian Prairie Basin.
