40E-22.122. Termination of Withdrawals

Effective on Thursday, September 3, 1981

1Upon notice from the District, water withdrawals under permits having source classification “S’ shall be terminated when any of the minimum levels specified in Rule 2640E-22.072, 27F.A.C., is reached.
