40E-3. Water Wells |
1The District or delegated agency may suspend or revoke a permit to construct, repair or abandon a well by written notice to the permittee under any of the following circumstances:
31(1) Material misstatement or misrepresentation in the application for a permit;
42(2) Failure to comply with the provisions set forth in the permit;
54(3) Disregard or violation of any provisions of this chapter or Chapter 373, Part III, F.S.;
70(4) Unforeseen circumstances which may create a danger to the water resources or the public health, safety or welfare, if the well is constructed as permitted; or
97(5) Material change of circumstances or conditions from those existing at the time such permit was issued.
