40E-41.160. Content of Application

Effective on Sunday, August 7, 2016

1All projects located within the Kissimmee River Basin requiring permits pursuant to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., shall submit the information specified by Rule 2362-330.060, 24F.A.C., as appropriate, and the following information:

31(1) For projects wholly or partially within the floodplain the status of the project as a development of regional impact must be indicated by a binding letter issued by the Department of Economic Opportunity.

65(2) For projects requiring a permit under Chapter 40E-6, F.A.C., the applicant shall submit all information required under Rule 8440E-6.101, 85F.A.C.
