40E-41.165. Conditions for Issuance of Right of Way Permits in the Kissimmee River Basin

Effective on Wednesday, May 1, 1985

1(1) Use of the district’s works or lands which may interfere with the proposed Kissimmee River restoration shall not be allowed.

22(2) Any drainage connection to the Kissimmee River must be part of a surface water management system approved under Rule 4240E-41.163, 43F.A.C.
