42OOO-1.001. Surviving District

Effective on Tuesday, September 20, 2011

1Westchase Community Development District and Westchase East Community Development District are hereby merged, with the surviving district being the Westchase Community Development District. The surviving district shall hereinafter be known as the Westchase Community Development District.
