53ER08. Emergency Rule For Year 2008 |
1(1) Name of Game. Instant Game 7Number 753, “DIAMONDS & 7’s.”
12(2) Price. DIAMONDS & 7’s lottery tickets sell for $2.00 per ticket.
24(3) DIAMONDS & 7’s lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under the latex area on the ticket. To be a valid winning DIAMONDS & 7’s lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER0881-8220, F84.85A86.87C.
88(4) The play symbols and play symbol captions are as follows

105(6) Determination of Prizewinners.
109(a) There a112re seven (7) SPINs on a ticket. 119Each SPIN is played separately. A ticket having three play symbols and play symbol captions in a SPIN that match three play symbols in the exact order shown in the PRIZE LEGEND play area shall entitle the claimant to the corresponding prize shown.
162(b) The prizes are: TICKET, $3, $7, $17, $27, $77, $777 and $7,777. 176A claimant who is entitled to a prize of a “TICKET” shall be entitled to a prize of a $2.00 instant ticket or combination of instant tickets with a total val207ue of $2.00, except as follows. 213A person who submits by mail a DIAMONDS & 7’s lottery ticket which entitles the claimant to a prize of a $2.00 instant ticket and whose mailing address is outside the state of Florida will receive a check for $2.00 in lieu of an actual ticket.

340(8) The estimated overall odds of winning some prize in Instant 351Game Number 753 are 1 in 4.02. 358Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at 368the time of ticket purchase. 373Prizes may be unavailable due to prior sale or other causes occurring in the normal course of business including, but not limited to, ticket d398amage, defect, theft, or loss.
403(9) For reorders of Instant Game Number 753, the estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
430(10) By purchasing a DIAMONDS & 7’s lottery ticket the player agrees to comply with and abide by all prize payment rules of the Florida Lottery.
456(11) Payment of prizes for DIAMONDS & 7’s lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with rules of the Florida Lottery 477governing payment of prizes.
