1(1) 2Beginning 3January 15, 52012, 6through 7February 25, 2012, 10the Florida Lottery will 14conduct 15the 16POWERBALL® 17and 18Power Play® Retailer 21Incentive. 22F23or every 2026th 27POWERBALL 28ticket sold in their stores, Florida Lottery retailers will receive an entry into a retai43ler drawing for a chance to win 50$10,000. Retailers will receive an additional entry for every 2061th 62Power Play 64ticket 65sold in their stores.

360(4) 361Retailers will receive their 365cash 366prize check within 369approximately 370three weeks of the 374drawing date.
376(5) 377Retailers whose Florida Lottery contracts are terminated or inactivated prior to the 389award of the 392cash prize 394shall be paid the 398cash 399prize 400provided the termination or inactivation was not due to non-compliance with Florida Lottery laws, rules 415or contract 417terms.
418(6) 419A 420cash prize 422will be considered compensation to the retailer for Internal Revenue Service purposes. The Florida Lottery reserves the right to apply the 443cash prize 445earned against a retailer’s outstanding debt to the Florida Lottery.
