On the home page of the Lottery’s website, players can click on the G176uy Harvey178® 179banner 180and follow the 183“Ticket Entry” 185directions. 186Players will be prompted to log-192in or register. The 24-digit ticket number (4-digit game number and 20-digit ticket number) is located at the bottom on the front of a GUY HARVEY218© 219HEROES 220Scratch-Off ticket under the latex covering. Players are to 229s230cratch off the latex covering to reveal the number and enter the 242entire 24244-digit 245ticket number 247in the designated 250area. 251Players may enter as many times as they wish during the contest period; however, each valid ticket number may only be used one time, for one 277entry 278in279to 280one 281second chance d284rawing. 285Tickets should not be mailed to the Lottery unless players are contacted by the Florida Lottery and requested to do so. 306Non-winning tickets received in the mail by the Florida Lottery will not be entered in321to 322the drawing and will not be returned. In each of the three second chance 585drawings, a total of twenty 590valid entries will be drawn by the Florida Lottery using a certified random number generation process. The 607first 608valid 609entr610y 611drawn 612will 613win 614the 615g616rand 617p618rize, 619the 620second 621valid entr623y 624drawn will win 627the 628second p630rize, and the third through twelfth 636valid 637entries drawn will 640each 641wi642n 643a third p646rize. 647The t649hirteenth through the 652twentieth 653valid entries 655drawn 656will be used in the order 662in which they 665are 666drawn, 667and 668in the order of 672need, 673to select 675an alternate grand p679rize winner 681or alternate second prize winner 686in the event the grand p692rize 693or second prize 696cannot be awarded. 699Alternate winners will not be selected for third prizes.
708(6709) Notification. 711The F713lo714r715ida Lottery will attempt to notify each winner by telep725ho726n727e, U.S. mail or email using the contact information provided in th739e 740winner’s registration data 743no later than 746twenty-four hours 748after the winners are 752posted on the 755Florida Lottery’s 757website. 758The Florida Lottery 761deems 762th763e winner’s registration data 767as the winner’s official 771contact information, 773including the physical mailing address, 778and 779will not attempt to 783further 784locate a winner 787if 788attempts to reach the winner using the winner’s registration data are unsuccessful800.
801(a) Grand and Second Prize Winners. 807I808f the Florida 811Lottery is unable to contact 816the 817grand p819rize winner 821or 822the 823second prize winner 826within 827two 828weeks of the date of the drawing, the winner will forfeit his or her right to claim the prize, 847and the Florida Lottery will award the prize to 856the first 858alternate winner860. 861If the Florida Lottery is unable to contact the 870first 871alternate winner within 874two weeks of the date of notification, 881the alternate winner will forfeit his or her right to claim the prize, 894and the Florida Lottery will award the prize to a second alternate winner. This process will continue until an alternate 914is contacted 916or the Florida Lottery has exhausted the list of available alternates. If the Lottery is unable to contact an935y 936alternate, the prize will not be awarded.
943(944b945) 946Third Prize Winners. 949If the Florida Lottery is unable to contact a third prize winner 961within two 963weeks of the date of the drawing, the winner will forfeit his or her right to claim the prize and the prize will not be aw989arded.

Without such ticket, the 1045winner 1046will forfeit his or her right to claim a prize. If the winner is identified as owing such a debt in an amount greater than the cash portion of the prize, the winner’s entire cash portion of the prize will be applied toward the outstanding debt as provided in 2349S2350ection 235124.115, 2352F2353.2354S2355., 2356and the winner will receive the remaining non-cash portion of the prize.
