58A-5.0241. Adverse Incident Report

Effective on Thursday, April 17, 2014

1(1) INITIAL ADVERSE INCIDENT REPORT. The preliminary adverse incident report required by Section 14429.23(3), F.S., 16must be submitted within 1 business day after the incident 26pursuant to Rule 2959A-35.110, 30F.A.C., which requires online reporting35.

36(2) FULL ADVERSE INCIDENT REPORT. For each adverse incident reported in subsection (1) above, the facility must submit a full report within 15 days of the incident. The full report must be submitted 69pursuant to Rule 7259A-35.110, 73F.A.C., which requires online reporting78.
