59G-4. Medicaid Policy |
1(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid durable medical equipment and medical supply services: orthotic and prosthetic to recipients.
23(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Coverage Policy: Orthotic and Prosthetic, December 2023, incorporated by reference. 74(3) This rule is in effect for five years from its effective date.
