59G-4.077. Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services: Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition

1(1) This rule applies to all providers rendering Florida Medicaid durable medical equipment and medical supply services: enteral and parenteral nutrition to recipients.

24(2) All providers must be in compliance with the provisions of the Florida Medicaid Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Coverage Policy: Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition, December 2023, incorporated by reference. The policy is available on the Agency for Health Care Administration’s website at http://ahca.myflorida.com/Medicaid/review/index.shtml, and available at 73https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-1618175.

76(3) This rule is in effect for five years from its effective date.
