59G-4.280. Rural Health Clinic

Effective on Wednesday, June 29, 2016

1(1) This rule applies to all rural health clinic 10(RHC) providers that are 14enrolled in or registered with the Florida Medicaid program.

23(2) All RHC providers must comply with Title 42, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 440 and 49140.

41(3) Florida Medicaid reimburses for services 47provided through the fee-for-service delivery system 53at one encounter rate per day, per recipient. For rates, see http://ahca.myflorida.com/Medicaid/Finance/finance/institutional/index.shtml.
