  • 1Plant disease pathogens are harmful to Florida agriculture, landscape, and native plants. They are known to infect Firewood and Unprocessed Wood Products and can be transported through the movement of these products to areas where they can infect and damage live host trees and other plants. The following Plant disease pathogens are considered to be a nuisance:

    93(6) 94Ophlstoma ulmi 96and 97O. novo-ulmi, 99Dutch elm disease;

    102(7) Phytophthora 104ramorum, 105sudden oak death;

    108(8) Phytoplasma of palms;

    112(9) 113Raffaelea lauricola, 115laurel wilt disease.
