1(1) To assist in determining whether an applicant for licensure with a foreign degree has met the educational requirements of Section 22472.013(2)(a)23or (b), F.S., the applicant must provide the Board with a foreign degree evaluation conducted either by Josef Silny & Associates, Inc., 457101 S.W. 102 Avenue, Miami, Florida 33173,52or through the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors (NCEES), 280 Seneca Creek Road, Seneca, South Carolina 29678, or any other nationally accepted organization offering equivalent services.
81(2) The Board shall make the final decision regarding whether an applicant is approved for admittance to the licensure examination based upon the requirements set forth in Section 109472.013, F.S.
