1For the purposes of this rule chapter, the definitions in Section 12377.602, F.S., 14and the following shall apply:
19(1) “Department” means the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
30(2) “Electric Utility” shall have the same meaning as defined in Rule 4225-22.070, 43F.A.C., effective 11/10/1997, hereby incorporated by reference and available online at 54https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-1459456. The incorporated material is also available from the Department at 407 South Calhoun Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399.
74(3) “Renewable Energy” shall have the same meaning as defined in Section 86366.91, F.S.
