60A-1.025. Purchasing Agreements

1A Purchasing Agreement is a defined quantity contract for a defined period that is competitively procured by the Department pursuant to Section 23287.057, F.S., 25and that is used by agencies and eligible users pursuant to Section 37287.056(1), F.S.
