1(1) Initial eligibility.
4(a) Eligibility under this category is not dependent on family income or work requirements and will instead be based on a documented referral from the Department of Children and Family Services, or its contracted provider.
39(b) Each referral for this category is valid up to six (6) months.
52(2) Maintaining eligibility. A child may continue to maintain eligibility under this category if there is a current and valid referral from the Department of Children and Family Services or its contracted provider.
85(3) Prior to disenrolling any child under this category, the coalition or its designee shall contact the referral agency to verify continued eligibility.
