60BB-5.002. Persons Entitled to File Appeals (Transferred)

Effective on Thursday, May 22, 1980

1Any person entitled by law to notice of a determination or redetermination issued pursuant to Section 17443.151(3), F.S., 19whose substantial interest is adversely affected thereby may file an appeal from that determination or redetermination.
