60BB-6.004. Computation of Time (Transferred)  


Effective on Wednesday, August 20, 1986
  • 1(1) In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by these rules, the date of rendition of a decision, order, notice, or the filing of an appeal from which a designated period of time begins to run shall not be counted. The last day of the period shall be counted unless it is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, in which event, the period shall run until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

    82(2) As used in this rule, holiday means:

    90(a) Those dates so designated by the Section 98110.117, 99Florida Statutes;

    101(b) Any other day on which the Office of the Clerk of the Commission is closed; and

    118(c) Any other day on which the United States Postal Service is closed.
