60FF-3.009. Exemption for the Department of Education

1The Department of Management Services exempts the Department of Education from the requirement to file Exemption Requests, as described in Chapter 60FF-1, F.A.C., for the purpose of acquiring, leasing, and utilizing broadcast communications equipment, facilities, and services that are used to carry out the responsibilities of the Department of Education under Section 531001.26, F.S.
