60H-1.018. Nominal and No Consideration Leases

Effective on Sunday, July 19, 2015

1Any Lease Action that is not reported under any other reporting requirement under Chapter 255, F.S., or resulting rule and is not exempt by law from such reporting requirement, must be reported to and approved by the Department in accordance with Rule 4360H-1.002, 44F.A.C. at least ninety (90) days before the Lease Action.
