60L-32.0013. Reduction in Pay

Effective on Sunday, January 26, 2014

1The following actions shall not constitute a reduction in pay: removal of pay additives; actions to correct overpayments resulting from erroneous application of the Florida Statutes, legislative appropriation, Department rules, or agency pay procedures; legislatively mandated reductions, including furloughs; or salary adjustments agreed to in lieu of a workforce reduction.
