61-30.605. Mediation

Effective on Tuesday, October 22, 2013

1The following alleged violations may be resolved by mediation using the procedure adopted by the department pursuant to Section 20455.2235, F.S.22:

23(1) Section 25468.832(1)(g), F.S., 27Committing fraud, deceit, negligence, incompetency or misconduct in the practice of home inspection related services.

42(2) Section 44468.832(1)(h), F.S., 46Failing to perform any statutory or legal obligation placed upon a licensed home inspector.
