1(1) The following violations may be resolved by the issuance of a citation pursuant to Section 17455.224, F.S., 19and Chapter 61-31, F.A.C.

25(a) 26Practice by an individual with an inactive or delinquent license, in violation of Section 40468.842(1)(i), F.S.

44(b) 45Failure of a mold assessor to maintain at least $1 million general liability and errors-and-omissions insurance coverage for both preliminary and postremediation mold assessment, in violation of Section 73468.8421, F.S.

126(2) In addition to the penalties specified above, the Department may recover the costs of investigation associated with the citation.
