61D-14.056. Security and Surveillance Logs  


Effective on Sunday, July 30, 2006
  • 1(1) The slot machine licensee shall maintain a surveillance log(s) in the surveillance room containing the following information:

    19(a) The names of all persons entering or exiting the surveillance room;

    31(b) A summary, including the date and time each surveillance activity commenced and terminated;

    45(c) Record of any equipment or camera malfunctions;

    53(d) Description of the activity observed or performed for any and all unusual occurrences observed by a surveillance employee;

    72(e) Any additional information as required by the division or FDLE after notification of a specific incident; and

    90(f) All communications received by or sent from the surveillance room.

    101(2) A slot machine licensee shall maintain a security log of any and all unusual occurrences for which the assignment of a security department employee is made. Each incident shall be assigned a sequential number and an entry made in the log(s) containing the following information:

    147(a) The assignment number;

    151(b) The date of the incident;

    157(c) The time of the incident;

    163(d) The location of the incident;

    169(e) The nature of the incident;

    175(f) The person(s) involved in the incident; and

    183(g) The security department employee(s) assigned.
