61D-14. Pari-Mutuel Wagering Facility Slot Machine Operations |
1(1) The slot machine licensee shall have within its facility a count room used exclusively for counting of funds received from the wagering operations of pari-mutuels and slot machines. Counts conducted for slot machine operations shall be performed at separate times and independent of counts from pari-mutuel operations.
49(2) The count room shall have:
55(a) Metal doors equipped with:
601. Two separate locks, independent of one another and those of the slot cash storage boxes; and,
772. An alarm device, which audibly and visibly signals the surveillance monitoring room and the security department whenever a door to the count room is opened,
103(b) Tables constructed of clear lexan or similar material; and,
113(c) Audio-video surveillance equipment as referenced in subparagraph 12161D-14.054(2)(b)3., 122F.A.C.
