61D-3.0015. Jai Alai Game Infractions (Transferred)

Effective on Monday, June 28, 2021

1Jai Alai game infractions shall be decided by the court judges pursuant to a permitholder’s house rules. Any alleged violation of Chapter 550, F.S., at a jai alai fronton will be governed by Sections 35120.569 36and 37120.57, F.S.
