61E14-3. Fees And Assessments |
1The following fees are adopted by the Council:
9(1) Application fee for a Community Association Manager’s License 18$50.00
19(2) Fingerprint processing fee 23$47.00
24(3) Examination fee: When the examination is not conducted by a professional testing service pursuant to Section 41455.2171, F.S., 43$100.00 payable to the Department. When the examination is conducted by a professional testing service pursuant to Section 61455.2171, F.S., 63$50.50 payable to the Department plus $49.50 payable to the testing service.
75(4) Re-examination fee: When the examination is not conducted by a professional testing service pursuant to Section 92455.2171, F.S., 94$100.00 payable to the Department. When the examination is conducted by a professional testing service pursuant to Section 112455.2171, F.S., 114$50.50 payable to the Department $49.50 payable to the testing service.

130(6) Initial license fee 134$100.00
135(7) Renewal fees.
138(a) The biennial renewal fee for a licensee renewing as active 149$100.00
150(b) The biennial renewal fee for a licensee renewing as inactive 161$100.00
162(8) Delinquent license fee. A delinquent status licensee shall pay a delinquent license fee when the licensee applies for active or inactive status 185$25.00
186(9) Unlicensed activity fee for initial licensure and license renewal 196$5.00
197(10) Reactivation fee for reactivating an inactive license 205$25.00
206(11) Change of status processing fee. A licensee shall pay a change of status processing fee to change the licensee’s status at any time other than the beginning of a licensure period 238$15.00
239(12) Application fee for continuing education providers 246$250.00
247(13) The renewal fee for continuing education providers 255$250.00
256(14) Application fee for prelicensure education providers 263$250.00
264(15) The renewal fee for prelicensure education providers 272$250.00
