61G10-15.003. Advertising

Section 481.321(5), F.S., requires that each registered landscape architect display his or her certificate number in any newspaper, telephone directory or other advertising medium. Advertisements of corporations or partnerships offering landscape architectural services to the public shall display certificate number of the qualifying landscape architect for the corporation or partnership. The term “other advertising medium” shall be deemed to include business cards, stationery, magazines, billboards, proposals, contracts, job site signs, and electronic media. The term “other advertising medium” shall not be deemed to include articles of clothing and other promotional novelty items.
