61G15-19. Grounds For Disciplinary Proceedings |

1The following violations have been deemed to involve the potential for substantial physical or financial harm to the public:
20(1) Negligence, as defined in subsection 2661G15-19.001(4), 27F.A.C., or misconduct, as defined in subsection 3461G15-19.001(6), 35F.A.C., involving either threshold buildings as defined in Section 44553.71(12), F.S.; 46or the collapse or major damage to any structure; or leading to death or serious physical injury of any person.
66(2) This rule shall be reviewed, and if necessary, repealed, modified, or renewed through the rulemaking process five years from the effective date.
