61G18-12.008. Reactivation Fee

Effective on Tuesday, October 3, 2023

1The fee for reactivation of an inactive status license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) 15and the active renewal fee of two hundred and sixty dollars ($260.00), as set forth in Rule 3261G18-12.005, 33F.A.C., less the inactive renewal fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) if paid previously in the renewal cycle.
