1Any person desiring licensure from Null and Void status shall submit a completed Form BCAIB 9, Application to Reinstate Null and Void Certification, effective July 2012, adopted and incorporated by reference herein and available at 36https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-1257138.
