61G5-29. Specialty Licensing |
1The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall issue a registration to a person who:
16(1) Makes application, including submission of evidence of successful completion of an educational or training program and pays to the Department the fee specified in Rule 4261G5-24.002, 43F.A.C.;
44(2) Is currently registered or licensed to practice and is currently practicing one of the specialties as defined in Sections 64477.013(6) 65and (7), F.S., under the law of another state;
74(3) Demonstrates that the other state’s qualifications and requirements are comparable to or more stringent than those required by Florida Law (Chapter 477, F.S.) and Rule 10061G5-22.015, 101F.A.C.
