61G7-5.003. Written Declaration to Financial Statements

Effective on Wednesday, April 18, 2018

1Quarterly financial statements submitted to the Board by an employee leasing company shall be accompanied by a completed 19Board Form DBPR EL-4503, Employee Leasing Company Written Declaration to Financial Statements, effective 2/2018, incorporated herein by reference and available at 40http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-09172 42or http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/pro/emplo/forms.html44. The form shall be executed by a controlling person of the employee leasing company.
