61J1-1.009. Probable Cause Panel

Effective on Monday, July 5, 2010

1(1) The determination o5f probable cause that a registrant, licensee, certificate holder, 14or 15permit holder has violated the Real Estate Appraisal License Law, 25P26art II, Chapter 475, 30F.S., or any of the board’36s rules 38or orders, shall be made by the probable cause panel of the board51.

52(2) There may be 56multiple 57probable cause panels of the board. The probable cause panels shall be 69composed of two members which 74shall constitute a quorum. The members of the panel shall be appointed by the chairperson of the board 92and shall serve for the period directed by the chairperson102. As provided in Section 107455.225(4), 108F.S., 109one 110of the panel members may be 116a 117former member of the board, 122one must be a present member of the board, and one must be a former or present consumer member, if one is available, willing to serve, and is authorized to do so by the chairperson.
