    30(1) Satisfactory 32completion 33of 34at 35least 36200 37classroom 38hours 39in 40approved 41academic 42courses 43in 44subjects 45related 46to 47real 48estate appraisal, 50including 51the 52following 53required 54core 55curriculum 56that 57are 58prerequisites 59to 60taking 61the 62AQB-approved 63examination 64in 65subsection 66(5) 67of 68this 69rule:

    436(e) Any 438combination 439from 440paragraphs 441(4422)(c) 443and 444(4452)(d) 446above 447that 448ensures 449that 450all 451the 452courses 453listed 454in 455paragraph (4572)(c) 458have 459been 460completed.

    461(3) As an alternative to the requirements in section (2) above, licensees who have held the Licensed Residential credential for a minimum of five (5) years may qualify for a Certified Residential credential by satisfying all of the following:

    500(a) No record of any adverse, final, non-appealable disciplinary action affecting the Licensed Residential appraiser’s legal eligibility to engage in appraisal practice within the five (5) years immediately preceding the date of application for a Certified Residential appraiser credential;

    539(b) Successful completion of the additional required qualifying education as follows:

    5501. Statistics, Modeling and Finance (15 hours);

    5572. Advanced Residential Applications and Case Studies (15 hours);

    5663. Appraisal Subject Matter Electives (20 hours);

    573(c) Successful completion of the required experience requirements as stated in section (4) below;

    587(d) Successful completion of the examination as stated in subsection (5) below.
