61J2-5.013. Foreign Corporation

Effective on Tuesday, January 1, 1980

1Before registration is granted or, if demanded, renewal registration is issued to a foreign corporation, and licenses to its active officers and directors, proof shall be filed that the corporation is authorized to do business in the State of Florida. A letter from the Secretary of State shall be deemed to be sufficient proof.
