61K1-3.0006. Contracts Between Managers and Participants

1(1) The 3department has authority to find probable cause and shall 12issue or cause to be issued all administrative complaints.

21(2) The commission shall issue all final orders, provided however that the executive director shall be delegated the authority to affix his signature to documents which attest to or represent official commission action.
