62-214.300. Applicability

Effective on Sunday, March 16, 2008

1O2wners and operators of a Title V source that contains an Acid Rain unit shall operate the source and each Acid Rain unit in compliance with Chapter 62-213, F.A.C., and shall comply with the applicable requirements of this chapter.
