85(b) Run-of-pile triple super phosphate (TSP) mixing belt and den and auxiliary equipment – 0.05 pounds.

101(c) Run-of-pile TSP curing or storage process and auxiliary equipment – 0.12 pounds.

114(d) Granular triple super phosphate (GTSP) production and auxiliary equipment.

1241. GTSP made by granulating run-of-pile TSP – 0.06 pounds.

1342. GTSP made from phosphoric acid and phosphate rock slurry – 0.15 pounds.

147(e) GTSP storage and auxiliary equipment – 0.05 pounds.

156(f) Diammonium phosphate production and auxiliary equipment – 0.06 pounds.

186(h) Defluorinating phosphate rock by thermal processing and auxiliary equipment – 0.37 pounds.

199(i) All plants, plant sections or unit operations and auxiliary equipment not listed in paragraphs (a) through (h), above, must use the best available control technology.

225(2) Existing plants or plant sections shall comply with subsection 23562-296.403(1), 236F.A.C., no later than July 1, 1975; or existing plant complexes with an operating wet process phosphoric acid section (including any items in paragraphs 26062-296.403(1)(a) 261through (f), F.A.C.) and other plant sections processing or handling phosphoric acid or products of phosphoric acid processing, total emissions from the entire complex shall not exceed 0.4 pounds per ton of P2942295O2965 297input to the wet process phosphoric acid section. For the purposes of this subsection, an “existing plant, plant section, or plant complex” is any plant, plant section, or plant complex which was in existence, in operation, or under construction, or had received a permit to begin construction prior to January 18, 1972.

349(3) Test Methods and Procedures. All emissions tests performed pursuant to the requirements of this rule shall comply with the following requirements.

371(a) The test method for fluoride emissions shall be EPA Method 13A or EPA Method 13B, 387as described at 39040 C.F.R. Part 60, 394Appendix A-5, adopted and 398incorporated by reference 401at Rule 40362-204.800, 404F.A.C. The minimum sample volume shall be 30 dry standard cubic feet.

416(b) Test procedures shall meet all applicable requirements of Chapter 62-297, F.A.C.
