62-303.410. Determination of Aquatic Life Use Support

Effective on Tuesday, January 2, 2007

1Failure to meet any of the metrics used to determine aquatic life use support listed in Rules 62-303.420-.450, F.A.C., shall constitute verification that there is an impairment of the designated use for propagation and maintenance of a healthy, well-balanced population of fish and wildlife.
