  • 1(1) Braden River above Ward Lake. The bacteriological TMDL for Braden River above Ward Lake is 400 counts/100mL for 20fecal coliform, 22and is allocated as follows:

    27(a) The WLA for wastewater sources is not applicable;

    36(b) The WLA for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2007 period, will require a 43% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria; and

    92(c) The LA for nonpoint sources is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2007 period, will require a 43% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria.

    140(2) Cedar Creek. The bacteriological TMDL for Cedar Creek is 400 counts/100mL for 153fecal coliform, 155and is allocated as follows:

    160(a) The WLA for wastewater sources is not applicable;

    169(b) The WLA for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period, will require a 61% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria; and

    225(c) The LA for nonpoint sources is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period, will require a 61% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria.

    273(3) Gilly Creek. The bacteriological TMDL for Gilly Creek is 400 counts/100mL for 286fecal coliform, 288and is allocated as follows:

    293(a) The WLA for wastewater sources is not applicable;

    302(b) The WLA for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period, will require a 56% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria; and

    358(c) The LA for nonpoint sources is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period, will require a 56% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria.

    406(4) Nonsense Creek. The bacteriological TMDL for Nonsense Creek is 400 counts/100mL for 419fecal coliform, 421and is allocated as follows:

    426(a) The WLA for wastewater sources is not applicable;

    435(b) The WLA for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period, will require a 57% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria; and

    491(c) The LA for nonpoint sources is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period, will require a 57% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria.

    539(5) Nonsense Creek. The TMDLs to address the low DO condition are an annual median TN of 0.89 mg/L and an annual median BOD of 2.0 mg/L, and are allocated as follows:

    571(a) The WLA for wastewater point sources is not applicable;

    581(b) The WLAs for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program are a 27% reduction of current anthropogenic TN and a 36% reduction of current anthropogenic total BOD loading based on measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period; and

    623(c) The LAs for nonpoint sources are a 27% reduction of current anthropogenic TN, and a 36% reduction of current anthropogenic total BOD loadings based on measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period.

    657(6) Rattlesnake Slough. The bacteriological TMDL for Rattlesnake Slough is 400 counts/100mL for 670fecal coliform, 672and is allocated as follows:

    677(a) The WLA for wastewater sources is not applicable;

    686(b) The WLA for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period, will require a 48% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria; and

    742(c) The LA for nonpoint sources is to address anthropogenic sources in the basin such that in-stream concentrations meet the fecal coliform criteria which, based on the measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period, will require a 48% reduction of sources contributing to exceedances of the criteria.

    790(7) Rattlesnake Slough. The TMDLs to address the low DO and nutrient impairments in Rattlesnake Slough are 0.84 mg/L of TN, 0.48 mg/L TP, and 2.4 mg/L of BOD and are allocated as follows:

    824(a) The WLA for wastewater point sources is not applicable;

    834(b) The WLAs for discharges subject to the Department’s NPDES MS4 Permitting Program are 30, 21, and 31% reductions of current anthropogenic TN, TP, and BOD loadings, respectively, based on measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period; and

    873(c) The LAs for nonpoint sources are 30, 21, and 31% reductions of current anthropogenic TN, TP, and BOD loadings, respectively, based on measured concentrations from the 2001 to 2008 period.
