62-331. State 404 Program |
1(1) Compliance with applicable state water quality standards shall be required for issuance of a permit.
17(2) Compliance with the Coastal Zone Management Program shall be required for issuance of a permit.
33(3) To ensure compliance with subsections (1) and (2), above, a verification of exemption or permit under this chapter shall not be issued unless the activity is exempt under Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., or the applicable ERP under Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., is issued.
