1(1) This general permit authorizes 6activities 7related to the construction or modification of outfall structures and associated intake structures, where the effluent from the outfall is authorized, conditionally authorized, or specifically exempted by, or otherwise in compliance with regulations issued under Part I of Chapter 403, F.S.
48(2) This general permit does not authorize the construction of intake structures, unless they are directly associated with an authorized outfall structure.
70(3) Notification: The permittee must submit a notice to the Agency prior to commencing the activity.
