1(1) This general permit authorizes temporary structures or minor dredging or filling required for the removal of wrecked, abandoned, or disabled vessels.
23(2) This general permit does not authorize maintenance dredging, shoal removal, or riverbank snagging.
37(3) The permittee must submit a notice of intent to use this general permit to the Agency prior to commencing the activity if:
60(a) The activity is conducted in a special aquatic site, including wetlands;
72or
73(b) The vessel is listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. If this condition is triggered, the permittee cannot commence the activity until informed by the Agency that compliance with the “Historic Properties” general condition is completed.
